Senior Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant - SAP 6-month contract + extension EU-based

I am currently partnering with a global leader in SAP Solutions to find a Senior Change Management Consultant for a critical multi-country integration project. Our client is transitioning their MPS/BPO teams into a new operating model.

Key Deliverables Seamlessly embedding MPS/BPO teams into the SAP Solutions framework. Partnering with local Change Managers and Country Sponsors to prepare employees for day 1 and beyond. Proactively identifying friction points and deploying effective mitigation strategies. Developing comprehensive impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and high-touch communication materials. Monitoring adoption and sentiment using creative methods that go deeper than standard pulse surveys.

The Ideal Candidate Proven track record in multi-country transformations across Europe. A solid background in consulting or service-delivery (SAP, HR, or Payroll) is highly preferred. Bilingual fluency in English and German is a non-negotiable requirement. You can hold your own in a boardroom with senior leadership while remaining approachable to the wider workforce.
