What you’ll do

Lead the design and execution of the company’s

Go-To-Market strategy

to achieve revenue goals.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focusing on

enterprise clients in Retail and BFSI sectors .

Create practical sales playbooks to standardize execution and ensure consistent target achievement.

Identify and close new business opportunities by engaging key decision makers.

Partner closely with Product and Marketing to align market needs with value propositions.

Establish repeatable, scalable sales processes with clear reporting and forecasting.

Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration, sharing insights, and mutual support.

Build dependable client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.

Promote inclusive practices across the sales team so all perspectives are valued.

What you bring

7+ years of experience

in SaaS sales, ideally in fast growing environments.

Proven ability to build and execute GTM strategies with measurable results.

Strong network within

Retail, Telecommunications, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance .

A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with sensitivity to team and client needs.

Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience building scalable sales processes and strong reporting mechanisms.
