WE’RE HIRING – Senior Recruitment Placement: Head Office Available to Join: Immediately

Job Responsibilities – Senior Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s manpower planning. Conduct talent mapping and build a talent pool for short-term and long-term hiring needs. Collaborate with Department Heads to understand detailed hiring requirements. Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews. Manage multiple recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, etc.). Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality. Prepare regular recruitment reports (weekly & monthly). Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment SOPs.

✅ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. Experience handling hiring for positions from staff to supervisor/manager level. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills. Excellent sourcing skills and professional networking. Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong sense of urgency. Proficient in English Mandarin language skills are a plus.
