Legal Advisor

1. General Responsibilities

Provide legal risk assessment and practical opinions for the company in manufacturing, distribution and other business areas, and support business compliance.

Provide immediate consultation and solutions for legal issues in daily operations.

2. Legal Research and Risk Identification

Understand Indonesian laws and regulations (including company law, contract law, labor law, industry regulatory policies, etc.), and conduct compliance analysis in combination with the company's business needs.

Regularly output legal risk reports and compliance operation guidelines.

3. Agreement Drafting and Review

Responsible for the drafting, modification and review of various commercial agreements and internal documents of the company (such as procurement contracts, distribution agreements, labor agreements, etc.).

Dispute and litigation handling.

Lead or assist in handling company litigation and arbitration cases, coordinate external lawyer resources, and safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests.

4. Qualification Application and Government Declaration

Responsible for the company's qualification application, government declaration and daily communication and coordination with relevant regulatory authorities.

Track policy trends to ensure that the company's business meets the latest regulatory requirements.

6. Project Management and Contract Process Optimization

Participate in major project negotiations and legal due diligence, and provide legal support.

Optimize contract management processes, improve legal document filing and risk control mechanisms.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in English and Indonesian, able to speak Chinese will be a plus;

Male, bachelor's degree from Law or related major;

More than 5 years experienced in manufacturing, distribution, litigation, and government-related legal affairs;
