Financial Reporting Assistant Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external auditors, drive process improvements, and strengthen financial governance to support business decision-making and sustainable growth.

What will you do? Responsible for managing the monthly closing activities. Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies. Support documentation for due diligence and regulatory filling. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely external audit completion. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

What are we looking for? Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred. At least 5-6 years of working experience in the related field. In depth knowledge of IFRS standard and accounting software. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in external audit, publicly-listed company and FMCG preferred.
