Responsibilities

Applies a proven understanding of the assigned part of the technical support and systems, to provide support in handling queries, more specific technical support and or standard / specific information handling.

Handles basic and repetitive activities or moderately complex tasks. Deals with issues/questions of relatively low complexity, checks correctness of data and adjusts with limited number of sources of information within business supported.

Works within standardized work instructions and routines, work is closely supervised by manager; complex items are handed over to a senior colleague. Works under supervision of a senior colleague or own manager.

Supports internal stakeholders with specific information and/or query resolution.
