Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Transformation Management Head located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves leading business transformation initiatives, managing project teams, enhancing business processes and driving innovations across working units.

Qualifications

10+ years Experience in Project Management or Transformation Office role Preferrably having backgroud from Multifinance, Banking or other Financial services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal.skills Strategic thinking and Stronf Problem solving capabilities Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable University Having PMP certification will be a real plus
