Information Technology Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

IT Project Coordinator

to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our IT implementation projects — with a focus on

RFID technology

and system integration. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Liaise between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.

Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.

Ensure all technical documentation, user guides, and test results are properly maintained.

Support testing, deployment, and user training phases of IT/RFID projects.

Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans.

Work closely with developers, hardware engineers, and RFID solution providers to ensure successful system integration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field.

2–4 years of experience

in IT project coordination, system implementation, or related roles.

Experience or familiarity with RFID technology

(hardware, middleware, integration, or application layer) is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of IT systems lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira).

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a plus.
