Position Chief Engineering

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in hotels or hospitality).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or related field.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑management skills.

Willing to work flexible hours, including emergency call‑outs.

Proactive and solution‑driven mindset.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.

Good understanding of hotel operations and emergency procedures (fire safety, crisis management).
