We are looking for a Medium Odoo Developer to join our dynamic technical team. In this role, you will be primarily assigned to an ongoing

Odoo migration project, focusing on upgrading and optimizing Odoo

systems across multiple versions (Community & Enterprise). The ideal candidate is a skilled Odoo developer with strong Python, Odoo framework, and server administration knowledge who can contribute to both module development and migration processes with precision and reliability. Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on project requirements. Participate in Odoo migration projects (e.g., v14 → v18), ensuring smooth data transfer, system integrity, and functional stability. Analyze existing Odoo environments, including custom modules, dependencies, and third‑party apps, to ensure version compatibility. Refactor and adapt models, views, and actions to align with updated Odoo frameworks. Write and execute Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and import during migration phases. Conduct thorough testing and validation after migration (functional, performance, and data consistency checks). Work closely with developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure all technical solutions align with client expectations. Manage Odoo environments (Docker, Linux servers, Odoo.sh ), including backups, restores, and configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ORM changes, deprecated modules, and migration conflicts. Document all technical processes, scripts, and migration steps clearly. Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Odoo development. Experience participating in Odoo version migration projects preferred. Strong English communication and documentation skills. Passionate about building scalable, efficient, and maintainable ERP solutions. What's great in the job?
