Qualifications

Minimum graduate of a Vocational High School majoring in Accounting

Fresh Graduate are welcome

Understand the accounting process & Accounting Journal

Proficiency in operating the Accounting System

Strong attention to detail and organizational skill

Strong accounting logic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Input sales invoices into the Accounting System

Reconcile sales invoices with A/R records

Prepare AR reports, including Aging AR, and schedule payment receipts from each customer, then report this to the Finance Manager

Collect all documents related to sales invoices. File documents, both soft copies and hard copies
