Market Research Specialist – Product Innovation & Consumer Insights We are seeking a Market Research Specialist to support product innovation through structured research, feasibility studies, and deep consumer insights. This role focuses on understanding user behaviour, motivations, and decision drivers to inform early‑stage product and business decisions.

What you’ll do:

Conduct market research to support product innovation and feasibility studies

Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and field research

Identify and analyse BUMO (Behaviour, Usage, Motivation, Opportunity) and consumer preferences

Translate user insights into opportunity areas, problem statements, and product hypotheses

Perform market sizing, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking

Collaborate with Product, Strategy and Operations teams to support decision‑making

Synthesize findings into clear insight reports and executive‑ready presentations

Monitor evolving consumer behaviour and emerging market signals

What we’re looking for:

3‑6+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or product research

Strong experience in product innovation research and feasibility assessmentHands‑on expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Proven ability to uncover behavioural insights, motivations and preference drivers

Strong storytelling, synthesis and stakeholder communication skills

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have:

Experience supporting tech‑enabled or physical product development

Familiarity with frameworks such as JTBD, design thinking, ethnographic research

Experience translating research into product or business strategy inputs
