Minimum education Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably from a relevant major (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, especially in handling

private and government projects .

Possesses

strong market analysis skills

and experience in

negotiating large-scale projects .

Understands the

project workflow , including the tender process, procurement, and implementation.

Able to work effectively in a team or individually with a

target-oriented approach .

Possesses good

communication and presentation skills .

Must hold a SIM A (equivalent to a Class A driving license) and be willing to maintain

high mobility .

Experience in

managing project documents

and

resolving complaints

will be a plus.

Willing to be placed in

Batam/Bali/Balikpapan/Banten .

Responsibilities

Ensuring the achievement of targets, including

winning projects, product range, project leads portfolio, and product specification .

Performing

market penetration

for private and government projects, as well as

building a strong network .

Establishing good relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and developers.

Monitoring the execution of ongoing projects and collaborating to realize project procurement.

Conducting

supervision

on projects or workshops, as well as

controlling dispatch documents

and

complaint resolution .
