Operational Manager

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Gateway Manager in a logistics company.

Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.

Willing to be placed in Karawang, preferably domiciled in Karawang.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong understanding of stocking & warehousing processes, especially for electronic equipment.

Familiar with TKDN (Domestic Component Level) regulations.

Knowledge of Customs procedures.

Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain & Logistics operations.

Job Descriptions

Plan and optimize the layout of the Gateway area.

Enhance work efficiency and operational quality across all gateway activities.

Ensure quality and timeliness of loading and unloading (both external and internal) as well as departures.

Optimize resource utilization and help minimize outsourcing costs for loading and unloading.

Lead daily operations, including providing briefings and short trainings, building teamwork, and developing staff capabilities.

Propose and implement operational improvement strategies at the site.
