PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Determine and define project scope, objective, Division of Work & communicate to stakeholders

Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner through proper communications

Prepare and track budget based on scope of work and proposal inputs

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Responsible for Risk assessment, analysis & mitigation plan.

Accountable for AR collection from customers along with the finance

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, making the project closure documents

Responsible for Cost Booking planning with Project Planner, facilitating & ensuring the cost booking as per the plan to achieve quarterly target/projection.

Comply with, and understand the regulations within PT Thermax International Indonesia.
