As the key market for growth, we are looking for Speciality Tire Sales Manager India to join our Team to support our clients in India.
Essential Functions
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for OTR products to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, including annual sales planning, pricing strategies, and order management.
Leverage existing industry networks and channels in mining to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and technical consultations to support operational needs.
Plan and execute localized marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence across mining regions.
Monitor market trends through consistent field visits and gather customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide on‑site after‑sales service and manage the full tire usage lifecycle, including inspection, performance tracking, and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management.
Guide and support regional sales teams to optimize coverage in key mining territories (e.g., Kalimantan, Sumatra, Sulawesi).
Represent the company in industry events, mining associations, and exhibitions.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the tire industry, specifically OTR/TBR segment.
Proven track record in B2B sales for mining companies, contractors, or heavy equipment dealers.
Strong existing networks/channels within the mining sector (sites, contractors, distributors, fleet operators).
Solid understanding of OTR tire products, applications, performance, and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multi-region coverage, and travel frequently to mining areas.
Strong analytical ability for sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor insights.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
