IT Quality Assurance (Korean Speaker)

This role will be focused on managing quality control (QC) and testing activities for an infotainment system, especially for vehicle navigation and telematics in multi regional environments.

Job Description: Manage QC project and Testing activities: Oversee the entire quality control process for the project, ensuring that testing is executed efficiently and meets established standards. Test Infotainment System: Conduct testing of vehicle navigation systems and telematics, either in a lab envrionment or during on-road trails Reporting: Documents, report and track defects with detail logs, screen shoots, or recording and coordinate with local team and HQ for issue resolution. Monitor and Troubleshoot: Oversee the online features related to vehicle navigation and Connected Car Services (CCS). Address technical issue, ensuring seamless functionality. Handle Multi Region VOCs: Manage and resolve technical challenges specific to the multi region. Also, address and respond to feedback from customer (Voice of Customer - VOCs) Improve Service Quality: Collaborate with HQ to enhance service quality by addressing specific regional needs and making necessary improvement. Benchmarking Infotainment Systems: Lead comparative benchmarking tests for infotainment systems to ensure competitive quality and performance. Collaborate with International Teams: Work closely with quality testing engineers, software developers, and project managers in HQ to ensure alignment with the company's standards and project goals.

Job Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Enginering or other relevant disciplines

Skill - Korean language proficiency is

MUST. - Effective communcation skills in English, both written and verbal is mandatory. - Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills - Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities - An Indonesia car driving license is a plus - Automotive infotainment experience is a plus - Basic knowledge of software or mobile application testing is a plus - Familiarity with Navigation application and in-car infotainment systems is a plus
