Responsibilities

Develop and execute health, safety and environment plans in the workplace.

Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.

Develop and execute procedures and facilities to assess risk and law compliance.

Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.

Establish and respond to emergency situations.

Investigate accidents / incidents to discover immediate and root causes.

Verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the HSE management system.

Prepare and execute the management review.

Inspect and audit the workplaces.

Candidate Qualifications

Holds at least a Bachelor's degree, majoring in Occupational Safety & Health, Environment from a reputable university.

Having at least 8 years of working experience in the HSE field and 2 years at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level (preferably from Site Construction, Manufacturing, and Mining Business).

Having a work certificate related to the HSE field.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a MUST.

Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta area.

Willing to do frequent business trips to our sites in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Sumatera.
