Job Description
As our Banquet Sales Marketing, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our venue and Korean steakhouse&Bbq service to potential clients. You will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strong understanding of event sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking and other prospecting activities
Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new venue bookings
Liaise with the operations team to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide regular sales activity and performance reports
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the banquet or events industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
