IT Business Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

Support basic research on technology trends and digital solutions to improve internal processes.

Assist in analyzing business processes to understand user needs.

Summarize findings and identify basic business problems that can be solved with IT solutions.

Help prepare business requirements/user stories and support documentation.

Support coordination, progress monitoring, UAT, and simple project reporting.

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Basic understanding of software development and SDLC (Waterfall/Agile).

Familiar with Microsoft Office, documentation tools, and SQL.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Proactive and eager to learn, with experience in simple projects as a plus.
