The Opportunity
We are working with a high-growth, venture-backed blockchain infrastructure company that is expanding its DevSecOps capability.
This organisation is building foundational infrastructure that enables native digital assets to move beyond passive holding and participate securely across decentralised ecosystems. Its flagship protocol has secured multi-billion USD equivalent in native asset value, alongside a next-generation vault architecture enabling seamless, trust-minimised participation across multiple chains.
The team is globally distributed, composed of experienced protocol researchers, engineers, and ecosystem operators. The culture is fast-moving, ownership-driven, and highly collaborative.

Production Readiness & Service Onboarding
Build proof-of-concept deployments for blockchain networks and dApps
Architect highly available infrastructure environments
Lead performance benchmarking and load testing
Optimise CDN, DNS, and edge configurations for performance and resilience
Reliability & Operations
Implement fine-grained monitoring and alerting
Design and validate disaster recovery procedures
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
Lead post-incident reviews and system hardening initiatives
Infrastructure Ownership
Operate and scale:
Kubernetes clusters
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cosmos-SDK, and Zero-Knowledge infrastructure
Datastores (Redis, MongoDB, MariaDB)
Messaging systems (RabbitMQ)
Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry)
You will work closely with engineering teams to embed production-grade practices across the organisation.
