Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted client partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term collaboration.

Develop strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.

Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion within client accounts.

Partner with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver seamless executions.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to achieve financial objectives.

Monitor campaign performance, track market trends, and provide optimization insights.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards.

Represent

Mantra Tiga

in client meetings, pitches, and industry events, positioning us as a leader in creative innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

2-3 years in account management, client servicing, or a related role in advertising, digital, or media agencies.

Proven track record managing accounts (experience in finance, FMCG, or tech preferred).

Strong knowledge of brand strategy, integrated marketing, and digital trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple projects.

Experience collaborating across creative, media, and production functions.

Strong presentation and pitching skills, with confidence in client negotiations.

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
