Sales Coloader

Handle air freight and sea freight shipments for both export and import.

Provide pricing offers to customers via email and WhatsApp.

Maximize profit above the 15% target.

Ensure sales targets are achieved according to the determined budget.

Communicate effectively with airlines and shipping line vendors.

Maintain relationships with existing customers.

Develop new customers and recover slipping/inactive customers.

Conduct sales visits to prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Transportation or Logistics.

At least 1 year of experience in sales coloader.

Strong understanding of basic cargo operations.

Experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics is required.

Good knowledge of operations management, customer service, and communication skills.

Willing to work on Saturdays.
