Food & Healthcare Sales Manager

The Role We are looking for an experienced Food & Healthcare Sales Manager to join our team at PT Intertek Utama Services in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya. This full-time role will be responsible for managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities within the food and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and healthcare industries

Negotiate and close sales contracts with prospective clients

Coordinate closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation

Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to senior management

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities that drive revenue growth and support achievement of the annual budget

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role within the food or healthcare industries

Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and reporting

Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
