It operates globally and is known for delivering sustainable and efficient solutions. Job Description Lead and develop engineering, maintenance, and utilities teams. Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Manage cold storage systems, including refrigeration units, compressors, blast freezers, and related equipment. Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols. Develop strategies to improve equipment performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. Plan and execute engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements. Manage engineering budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions. Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support daily production needs.

The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, cold-chain operations, FMCG, or similar industrial environments. Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and cold storage systems. Proven experience leading engineering or maintenance teams. In-depth understanding of safety standards, compliance systems, and operational best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational challenges.
