Transformation & Business Partnership Head

Transformation & Business Partnership Head Lead the execution of strategic initiatives for the transformation of Bank SMBC Indonesia's Retail Banking Business. Develop and oversee change management strategies related to the transformation of the Retail Banking Business. Manage the development of cooperation strategies, collaborations and partnerships, with particular emphasis on the SMBC group and the Japanese ecosystem. Ensuring the achievement of divisional business and operational targets is aligned with the bank's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of strategic initiatives for the transformation of Bank SMBC Indonesia's Retail Banking Business.

Develop and oversee change management strategies related to the transformation of the Retail Banking Business.

Manage the development of cooperation strategies, collaborations and partnerships, with particular emphasis on the SMBC group and the Japanese ecosystem.

Ensuring the achievement of divisional business and operational targets is aligned with the bank's strategic objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor or master degree in any major preferably relevant business administration discipline.

At least 15 years working experiences in a related position preferably in banking industry or financial services.

Has abroad Banking knowledge i.e. products and services, operations, technology, competitions, country’s regulatory requirements.

Understand and able to develop Business partnership and planning of new business.

Proven experience conducting business analysis and soliciting, understanding, and verifying business requirements.

Extensive experience of strategy planning and prioritization of demand to support the organization.

Fluent in Japanese and English language.
