Account Executive

Job Description:

As an Account Executive at CNBC Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in bridging client needs with tailored media solutions. This position is responsible for acquiring new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, including prospecting new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Understand client objectives and deliver customized media solutions (TV, digital, branded content, etc.) to meet their goals.

Develop and execute sales strategies, including price negotiations and deal closing.

Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Prepare sales proposals, client presentations, and regular performance reports.

Handle the full sales cycle from planning to closing with professionalism and attention to detail.

Actively participate in pitching sessions, client meetings, and post-sales service.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing industries. (Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational backgrounds are welcome to apply.)

Target-driven, with a strong passion for sales and client management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of media industry trends (television, digital, branded content) is a plus.

Well-groomed, confident, and possesses a professional demeanor.

Strong strategic thinking and collaborative teamwork skills.

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
