Project Manager

Manage projects end-to-end from planning to completion.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Coordinate internal teams and external parties (vendors/contractors).

Ensure projects run according to scope, time, cost, and quality standards.

Identify project risks and prepare mitigation measures.

Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management.

Act as the main intermediary between stakeholders, clients, and the project team.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Management/Mining/related fields).

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Construction Project Leader.

Experience in managing simultaneous projects and tight deadlines.

Understanding of BoQ, RAB, and contract management.

PMP/POP/POM/K3 certification.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to create schedules, Gantt charts, and project reports.
