Project Management Officer (Financial Industry)

We are seeking a

PMO

professional at a

mid to senior level

to oversee and coordinate the operation and business processes of our company. This role focuses on governance, monitoring, and execution. Reporting Line: CEO Location: North Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that drives business growth through identifying and implementing solutions Identify and create improvement or strategic expansion ideas specific to company to maintain sustainability and competitive edge Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and internal projects. Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and risks across divisions. Consolidate updates, reports, and dashboards for management review. Ensure alignment between strategic plans and operational execution by cascading the strategy into each department activity plan.

Requirements Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Management, Business, Engineering or related fields from reputable university Minimum

3-5 years

of progressive experience in corporate strategy, PMO, business planning, or related strategic functions. Strong understanding of

heavy equipment industry

or

financial service

will be an advantage Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with data and dashboards. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
