Role Summary We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to support daily financial operations across several business units. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately execute financial tasks according to established procedures and management instructions. The position requires discipline, accuracy, and consistency in maintaining financial records.

Financial Record Keeping • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and update financial data according to provided templates and instructions • Follow established financial procedures and internal guidelines • Systematically organize financial documents, notes, bills etc

Operational Financial Tasks • Record daily sales and expenses • Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) • Support inventory and equipment tracking • Maintain financial registers as instructed

Payments & Controls • Prepare payment documents • Track payment schedules • Perform monthly bank reconciliations • Monitor petty cash records • Ensure petty cash control procedures

Reporting Support • Prepare financial summaries • Assist in compiling monthly reports • Provide accurate data for management review
