Job Description
Account Manager plays a critical role in the after-sales lifecycle by owning and growing client relationships. This role ensures long-term customer success through retention, churn reduction, and expansion of existing accounts via upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for B2B clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Monitor account performance, customer health, and churn indicators
Drive account retention and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution
Conduct regular business reviews and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement
Job Requirement
Experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage retention, reduce churn, and grow accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
