MILLS is expanding its creative and marketing team to strengthen brand storytelling across
Football, Running, and Sportstyle categories . We are looking for passionate professionals who understand sports culture, digital communication, and performance-driven brand storytelling.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Social Media & KOL Specialist
About the Role
The
Social Media & KOL Specialist
will be responsible for managing MILLS’ social media strategy and building strong relationships with
Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Brand Ambassadors, athletes, and sports communities
to strengthen brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop
social media strategies
across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create
monthly content plans
aligned with campaigns, product launches, and sports moments.
Manage collaborations with
KOL, Brand Ambassadors, athletes, and influencers
from briefing and negotiation to execution and reporting.
Monitor and evaluate
content and campaign performance
including engagement, reach, and conversion.
Collaborate with
marketing and product teams
to ensure brand communication remains consistent and impactful.
Develop
performance reports and insights
to optimize future strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communication, or a related field .
2–4 years experience
in Social Media or Influencer Marketing (preferably in sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries).
Strong understanding of
Instagram and TikTok algorithms and digital trends .
Familiar with
running, football, or sports industry culture .
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret
social media insights and data .
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about
sports and active lifestyle .
Added Value
Active involvement in
running or football communities .
Experience handling
product launch campaigns .
Strong
copywriting skills
in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Familiar with
Meta Ads and TikTok Ads .
2. Sr. Photographer
About the Role
The
Senior Photographer
acts as a key visual driver for MILLS across
Football, Running, and Sportstyle categories , ensuring every campaign, product launch, and commercial content delivers
premium visual quality and strong storytelling
aligned with MILLS’ brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
concept and execution of photoshoots
for sports product categories.
Translate
creative briefs
into impactful, clean, and high-performance visual outputs.
Manage
lighting setup, composition, mood, and tone
based on brand guidelines.
Direct
talent and athletes during photoshoots
(pose, movement, expression).
Collaborate with
Creative, Marketing, and Styling teams
for campaign and product launches.
Manage the full
production workflow
from pre-production planning to post-production.
Maintain
visual consistency across platforms
including e-commerce, social media, campaigns, and OOH.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years experience as a Photographer
(sportswear, fashion, or commercial photography preferred).
Strong
portfolio in sports or sportstyle photography .
Strong knowledge of
lighting techniques for movement and product detail shots .
Experienced in shooting
athletes in motion .
Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop .
Strong understanding of
visual storytelling and brand positioning .
Able to work under
fast-paced campaign timelines .
Strong leadership ability to coordinate
small production teams during shoots .
Added Value
Experience working on
performance footwear or technical apparel campaigns .
Experience in both
studio and outdoor sports shoots
(track, urban, trail).
Familiar with
video direction .
3. Graphic Designer
About the Role
The
Graphic Designer
will support the development of strong visual communication across MILLS marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets for
marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials .
Develop visual concepts aligned with
brand identity and campaign direction .
Create graphics for
digital marketing, e-commerce, and product storytelling .
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive visual outputs.
Maintain visual consistency across all MILLS communication channels.
Requirements
Minimum
2–3 years experience
as a Graphic Designer.
Strong portfolio in
branding, campaign design, or digital content design .
Proficient in
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools .
Strong understanding of
layout, typography, and visual composition .
Experience in
fashion, sportwear, or lifestyle brand
is a strong advantage.

Experience working on
sports or activewear brands .
Familiar with
AI-assisted design tools
for concept exploration and productivity.
4. Videographer
About the Role
The
Videographer
will be responsible for producing engaging video content that communicates the performance, energy, and culture of the MILLS brand.
Key Responsibilities
Produce video content for
campaigns, product launches, and social media platforms .
Plan and execute
video shoots
including concept development, filming, and editing.
Create
short-form video content
for digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to support integrated campaigns.
Ensure video content aligns with
brand storytelling and visual identity .
Requirements
Minimum
2–3 years experience
in videography and video editing.
Proficient in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software .
Strong understanding of
visual storytelling, framing, and video composition .
Experience producing
digital marketing or brand campaign content .
Added Value
Experience in
sports or active lifestyle video production .
Ability to handle
motion graphics or hybrid photo-video production .
