Job Description
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience
Min. 4โ6 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role; F&B or retail experience preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experienced in the F&B industry is preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership and people management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflictโresolution skills.
Handsโon knowledge of labor regulations and HR tools.
Comfortable balancing fieldwork (visiting outlets) and office work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead endโtoโend recruitment for store and office roles, with tailored strategies per outlet type.
Develop structured onboarding and orientation programs.
Act as a trusted HR partner for all staff, from baristas to supervisors and head office teams.
Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and values across outlets.
Implement and monitor performance appraisals (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Build leadership readiness, especially for outlet leaders and new joiners.
Maintain and improve SOPs related to HR processes and documentation.
Collaborate with Operations and Finance for manpower planning and budgeting.
Monitor turnover rates and workforce stability at each outlet type.
Support expansion plans with timely talent acquisition and HR readiness.
