The Country Finance team at Grab is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, planning and analysis, business partnering, compliance and governance, and decision support. We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who will be a versatile finance partner to business teams, lead end‑to‑end budgeting activities, provide accurate forecasts, perform financial analysis and deliver financial reporting. Responsibilities

Monitor actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, investigate reasons for deviations and collaborate with partners to adjust forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities. Work as a finance partner to business teams, collaborating across departments to support business activities and plans. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring strategic goals are understood and accurate financial projections are produced. Contribute to the month‑end closing process by reviewing desktop data to identify oddities and improve the quality of financial data. Build financial models to evaluate scenarios and assess potential impacts on financial performance. Present comprehensive financial reports and presentations. Follow up on KPIs linked to budget and forecast with relevant departments. Utilize budgeting systems, management reporting systems and other financial reporting interfaces towards business. Qualifications

Degree in accounting, finance or related field with 5+ years of experience in FP&A. Experience presenting complex financial information to partners and collaborating with senior executives and teams. Financial mindset with ability to translate business questions into financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Oracle, EPM, SQL, or Power BI. Benefits
