Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead FINETIKS’ entire marketing ecosystem, brand, digital performance, community, content, CRM, and strategic campaigns. You will design and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns that drive awareness and conversions for FINETIKS.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for FINETIKS, building brand trust and acquiring new users.
Leverage digital platforms—including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Ads, and SEO—to maximise reach and engagement.
Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new features.
Scale FINETIKS’ community through WhatsApp groups, challenges, and social engagement.
Own CRM strategy across push notifications, emails, and in‑app communication, utilizing tools such as MoEngage.
Develop programs that improve retention, habit‑building, and daily active usage.
Performance Optimisation
Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance metrics across all marketing channels.
Conduct A/B testing to improve targeting, messaging, and creatives.
Optimize conversion funnels (awareness → install → activation → retention).
Manage marketing budgets and forecast CAC, CPA, LTV, and growth targets.
Collaborate with Product to improve activation metrics, in‑app experiences, and mobile attribution.
Cross‑Channel Marketing
Manage campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging.
Collaborate with product and design teams for cohesive branding.
Strengthen media relationships and build the brand’s reputation in fintech.
Team Management and Leadership
Develop and own the full marketing strategy across brand, acquisition, retention, and community.
Manage and support the marketing team daily, ensuring alignment with overall goals and priorities.
Market Insights & Trends
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Use customer insights to refine audience segmentation and campaign strategies.
Partnerships
Seek and create partnerships with other brands to build awareness and trust.
Work with business partners to collaborate on social media and other events.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in Marketing with a strong track record in delivering awareness and conversion campaigns.
Strong management, communication and partnership skills.
Relevant industry experience in banking, finance, investment, or human resources strongly preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Ads; experienced in SEO and driving organic traffic; comfortable with CRM tools like MoEngage and MMP tools like Adjust; experienced in social media marketing via Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn; strong analytical and project management skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
