Factory Manager

Factory Manager We are a rapidly growing glass processor manufacturing company located in West Jakarta, looking for a Factory Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, shipping, and safety.

Lead the production team to achieve set production targets and efficiencies.

Develop production schedules and manage human resources, equipment, and raw materials.

Ensure product quality meets company standards.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Manage the factory's operational budget and optimize production costs.

Build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and other business partners.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational manager, general manager, or factory manager positions in the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing systems.

Excellent leadership skills, able to inspire teams to achieve the best results.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external parties.

Results-oriented, innovative, and capable of making sound decisions.

Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work under pressure.
