Regional Sales Executive

We're hiring for our Manufacturer Principal: Medicalsystem Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Salary Range: IDR 7.000.000,- ~ IDR 8.500.000,-

Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships within assigned regions to achieve and exceed regional sales targets. Drive regional market development by promoting company products and enhancing brand awareness, including customer needs analysis, market strategy formulation, competitor analysis, and strategic response planning. Manage, support, and expand distributor networks while establishing and strengthening sales channels across Indonesia. Conduct regular visits to end customers to gather feedback, identify new opportunities, and improve overall customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze competitive intelligence; lead project development initiatives, including planning, execution, process control, and risk management. Create a weekly report consisting of every aspect of responsibilities

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant background. Minimum of 3 years of domestic field sales experience in assigned regions; have an experience in IVD instruments and reagents industries with sales position is highly preferred. Strong market insight with excellent customer relationship management skills, and outstanding communication, coordination, and organizational abilities, supported by a strategic and holistic perspective. Results-oriented team player with a strong sense of accountability, able to work under pressure, proactive, and self-motivated. Proficiency in Business English (spoken and written). Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
