Quality Control

Responsibilities

Ensure supervision of QC work in the Chilling, Cut Up, FGWH and raw material areas.

Ensure and verify the results of pre‑operational inspections (GMP) and Personal Hygiene every day (regularly).

Ensure the production process runs according to SOP to avoid customer complaints and rejection and supervise final product sampling results, product checking before loading and delivery.

Completeness of QC documents in the Clean area for complete audit.

Verify the findings of internal audits and external audits.

Follow up on internal and external audit findings related to QC in the Clean area.

Monitor the results of internal lab testing (product micro testing, equipment swabs, employees and air as well as water and ice testing) and external lab testing (product micro testing, clean water, waste water, boiler water, tests according to customer requests).

Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline is typically required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in quality control/assurance roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a quality control environment.

Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, etc.).

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry (FDA regulations, GMP, etc.).
