We are looking for a

Clinical Governance Intern

to support our Clinical Governance team in strengthening standardized and well-structured clinical documentation across the hospital. This role is ideal for

fresh graduates

who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in clinical governance, quality, and healthcare documentation.

Key Responsibilities Assist in mapping clinical authorities and privileges into standardized and digitalized templates. Support the development, drafting, and structuring of Clinical Practice Guidelines (PPK/CPG) in accordance with hospital policies and applicable regulations. Organize and manage clinical and administrative data into structured digital formats. Coordinate with clinical and administrative stakeholders when needed.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a healthcare-related background (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or related fields). Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, tables, filtering). Basic understanding of Clinical Practice Guidelines (PPK/CPG) and Clinical Pathways (CP) or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
