PURCHASING / SOURCING SPECIALIST ECOMMERCE

PURCHASING / SOURCING SPECIALIST ECOMMERCE Responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing product suppliers in accordance with the requirements of the PM and Management.

Handle all product-related matters, including but not limited to:

Main products and supporting products

Packaging and packing specifications

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time, and MOQ with suppliers.

Compare and evaluate suppliers based on

price, quality, and delivery time .

Create and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure on‑time delivery as planned.

Coordinate with related departments (PM, warehouse, finance, production/operations) to ensure:

Products meet required quantity and quality

Inventory levels remain optimal, avoiding shortages or excess stock

Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and proactively search for and propose alternative suppliers or new sourcing options.

Prepare purchasing and pricing reports as required.

Propose improvements related to products, sourcing, packaging, or specifications to optimize costs and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS College or University degree in related fields: Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.

6 months to 1 years of experience in Purchasing / Sourcing / Procurement / Supply Chain roles (preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing).

Hands‑on experience working with suppliers, including price and purchasing term negotiations.

Solid understanding of purchasing processes, PO management, contracts, and inventory control.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; data analysis skills are a strong advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadline pressure.

Basic English communication and reading skills ( required or an advantage )

Mandarin/Chinese proficiency is a

strong advantage , especially when working with China‑based suppliers.
