Xiaomi Regional Retail Manager

Xiaomi is hiring a Regional Retail Manager to support regional retail execution and sales growth. In this role, you will work closely with distributors, field teams, and HQ partners to drive store performance, retail standards, and sell-out results across the region.

Your main responsibilities Manage regional distributors and store database (capacity, assets, LDU, investments) and ensure retail standards through regular audits.

Manage Field Force (FF) planning and performance, including NPL (productivity-based manpower planning), and align with HQ retail & training teams.

Take ownership of SO (sell-out) performance for controllable retail channels in the region.

We’re looking for someone who Has 5+ years of

hands-on regional retail store management

experience (field-level, not HQ-only).

Comes from the

consumer electronics industry , preferably mobile phones.

Has experience in a Fortune 500 company (plus).

Can use English as a working language.
