Senior Lead Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and oversee high-end residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. This role suits someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced studio, combines technical expertise with design sensitivity, and enjoys mentoring younger team members. Key Responsibilities

Lead the full design process: concept development, schematic design, detailed drawings, and construction documentation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met. Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, specifications, and material boards. Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain design integrity. Oversee permit applications, tender processes, and coordination with authorities where needed. Mentor and supervise junior CAD staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Stay informed about sustainable design practices, materials, and construction technologies. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion) is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and team-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Knowledge of tropical design, sustainability, and local materials is highly desirable. What We Offer
