Maintenance Section Head

with a placement in

Sidoarjo, East Java .

Job Description: Lead and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure production machines operate safely, reliably, and in accordance with engineering standards.

Plan, coordinate, and control maintenance schedules to achieve on-time execution, quality targets, and optimal machine availability.

Analyze technical and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate closely with production and related departments to resolve maintenance issues that may impact operational performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance resources.

Lead, coach, and develop engineering operators while monitoring maintenance performance and preparing regular maintenance reports.

Requirements: Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in packaging, flexible packaging, or flexographic printing industry.

Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery, including flexo printing machines.

Proven leadership skills with experience in planning, coordination, coaching, and team supervision.

Good understanding of GMP, SHE, ISO 9001:2015, and packaging/food safety standards (FSSC 22000, BRC IoP preferred).

Good communication skills with English proficiency; computer literate (MS Office, SAP is a plus).
