B2B SALES SUPPORT – FOOD INGREDIENTS

About the role We are seeking fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology or related fields to join our pharmaceutical Sales Support. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in their daily activities.

What you’ll be doing As a

Sales Support , you will work under the guidance of a Senior Sales professional to assist in managing business processes with industrial (B2B) clients. This role encompasses administrative coordination, data management, customer communication, and ensuring seamless order processing through to delivery. Excelling in this position can open opportunities for you to advance into a sales role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in preparing price quotations, contracts, and supporting documents.

Process and monitor customer orders (order entry) through to delivery.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure availability and timely delivery.

Handle customer inquiries delegated by the sales team regarding products, pricing, and order status.

Maintain accurate customer databases and sales reports.

Assist in gathering data for market analysis and sales trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Identify new leads and monitor competitors.

Prepare sales activity reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology or related fields.

Experience as B2B Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Administration is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP system experience is a plus.

Able to work in a team and proactively support Senior Sales.

Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
