About the Role

We are looking for an

Odoo Functional Consultant

to support Electrum’s internal systems operations by driving analysis, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Odoo ERP modules. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and People teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional system requirements, and ensure Odoo effectively supports our growing EV ecosystem. This role bridges

business processes and technical execution , ensuring that Odoo becomes a reliable backbone for Electrum’s day-to-day operations and future scalability. What You Will Do

Business Process Analysis

Partner with stakeholders across Electrum to understand workflows, business needs, and operational challenges.

Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Odoo standard features.

Translate business requirements into clear and detailed

functional specifications .

System Configuration & Implementation

Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) based on business needs.

Set up workflows, approval rules, access rights, reporting structures, and automation.

Collaborate with internal/external Odoo developers to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements.

Support end-to-end implementation activities including testing, UAT, and deployment.

User Enablement & Support

Provide day-to-day functional support for Odoo users across departments.

Develop training materials, SOPs, and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.

Troubleshoot issues, manage bug reports, and coordinate fixes with developers.

Ensure successful adoption of new features and system changes across the organization.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate manual processes.

Recommend enhancements, configuration updates, or module expansions to support business growth.

Maintain documentation, data integrity, and process consistency across Odoo.

Stay updated on Odoo upgrades and proactively assess their relevance to Electrum.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of experience as an

Odoo Functional Consultant

or ERP Functional Consultant.

Strong understanding of operational workflows (Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, HR, or Manufacturing).

Hands-on experience configuring Odoo modules and mapping processes into Odoo’s functional framework.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business needs.

Clear communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience in EV, mobility, supply chain, or manufacturing ecosystems.

Familiarity with Odoo Studio or custom workflow development.

Basic technical understanding of Odoo backend (Python, XML).

Experience with end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
