Jumeirah Bali. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs across all departments Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly hygiene inspections and audits. Lead HACCP implementation and monitoring across all food production and service areas. Conduct food safety risk assessments and hazard analysis. Ensure compliance with local health authority regulations and international food safety standards Maintain hygiene documentation, records, and certification updates Deliver hygiene and food safety training programs for all associates.

About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Experience as an Hygiene Manager or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel/luxury property. Proficiency in spoken and written business English. HACCP Certification (Advanced level preferred)
