Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Jakarta. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, overseeing budgets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The individual will also manage financial planning, risk management, and provide strategic financial input to senior management. The role includes supervising a team, conducting financial analysis, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

Strong financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills

Experience in preparing financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance

Proficiency in risk management and investment activities

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work on-site in Kalimantan and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus

Experience in the technology or MSME sector is advantageous
