Examine and analyze Purchase Requests via the Coupa system for completeness, accuracy, and category segmentation.

Liaise with departments to clarify or complete information and determine appropriate processing methods.

Identify and select vendors based on price, quality, quantity, delivery date, and payment terms.

Place orders and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Prepare and conduct tender processes including issuing invitations, reviewing RFPs, and evaluating quotations.

Create comparison sheets and price analyses; manage all related documentation.

Monitor expenditures and negotiate best prices for company purchases.

Supervise Buyers and ensure timely submission of weekly and quarterly procurement reports.

Provide input and corrections to SOPs; ensure implementation and adherence to procurement procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Procurement Buyer in financial industry is a must.

Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills.

Proactive, meticulous, multitasking, and initiative-driven.

Skilled in preparing and analyzing technical specifications and tenders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa & English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
