Job Description
Join to apply for the (Indonesia) Growth & Enrolment Coordinator (Remote) role at Write Edge
We are in the early but exciting stages of growing Write Edge in Indonesia and are looking for a driven, resourceful and warm local hire to be the right hand to our Regional Director. This is a high‑impact role where you will see your work directly shape how our Indonesia arm grows. You’ll get strong exposure and mentorship, working closely with regional and Singapore teams, with clear room to grow as the business scales.
You will be the day‑to‑day heartbeat of the Indonesia business: handling parent enquiries, managing leads, trial and enrolment processes, supporting teachers and ensuring classes run smoothly. You’ll bring local insight, strong execution and genuine care for parents and students.
If you enjoy building something from the early stages, are strong with communication, and love seeing numbers grow because of your work, this role is for you!
You will:
Own the frontline and mainline for Write Edge Indonesia – every new lead and parent conversation
Help us turn interested parents into long‑term students through thoughtful follow‑up and a great customer experience
Keep our small but growing operation organised, tracked and moving, alongside the Regional Director
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Enrolment
Respond to new enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and Instagram within agreed SLAs
Qualify leads, share programme information and guide parents to suitable trial classes
Book trials and handle basic objections with empathy and clarity
Run reminder sequences to protect trial show rates (reminders, reschedule options)
Support same‑day/short‑window “close” offers (slot lock, early‑bird perks, etc.) in collaboration with the Regional Director
Follow up with trial parents to encourage enrolment and hand complex cases back to the Regional Director where needed
Parent Communication & Experience
Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for all Indonesia parents
Share timetables, Zoom links, onboarding instructions and programme details clearly
Handle simple queries independently and escalate sensitive or complicated cases with clear summaries
Maintain a warm relationship with current parents via WhatsApp and other platforms, giving timely updates when there are changes to classes, teachers or schedules
Teacher & Class Operations
Coordinate trial and regular class slots with teachers and ensure they receive the correct information (students, timings, Zoom/class links)
Support the setup of online classes (Zoom links, Google Classroom documents, worksheets where relevant)
Help manage teacher schedules and flag potential clashes or overloads
Support small initiatives such as workshops, tester days or holiday classes from an operations/admin angle
Funnel Tracking & Reporting
Maintain a simple daily tracker in Google Sheets: Leads → Trials Booked → Trials Attended → Enrolments
Keep rosters, payments (handoff to Finance) and class statuses up to date and accurate
Flag problems early (e.g. low show rates, low conversion, recurring objections) and propose possible fixes
Provide weekly/fortnightly updates to the Regional Director with key numbers and observations
Process & Continuous Improvement
Keep scripts, templates and SOPs (e.g. response templates, reminder messages, FAQs) updated and organised
Suggest improvements to the enrolment and onboarding journey based on what you see from parents and teachers
Work closely with the Head of Ops & Curriculum and, where relevant, with regional colleagues (e.g. Online Lead) to streamline processes as we scale
Must‑Have Qualifications
Based in Indonesia
Proficient in English and good Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
Experience in Enrolment, admissions, sales, customer service, online support and/or centre management
Professional WhatsApp/phone etiquette – fast, clear, professional, and warm
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and disciplined with data entry
High sense of ownership – you follow through, close loops and keep things moving
Nice To Have
Experienced in the education / enrichment sector
Familiar with simple funnel tracking, CRMs or lead trackers
People‑oriented, warm and confident speaking with parents and teachers
Organised and meticulous, able to juggle multiple leads, classes and follow‑ups
Calm under pressure and able to handle tricky conversations with maturity
