Responsibilities

Create, Prepare and analyze financial statements and Management reports

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections

Monitor company performance and conduct variance analysis

Manage cash flow and working capital

Assist in mergers, acquisitions and business valuations

Ensure compliance with finance and tax regulations

Identify cost-saving and profit-improvement opportunities

Provide financial insights for strategic decision making such as pricing and profitability planning.

Set up and optimize financial tools (Invoicing, payroll, expense systems).

Improve processes related to procurement, payment cycles, and receivables.

Ensure financial data accuracy to support operational decisions.

Work closely with Operational, Procurement & Inventory Control, Marketing and other departments to ensure financial alignment.

Build and develop a small but high-performing finance team as the company scales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

6–10+ years of experience in finance roles; startup experience is a strong plus.

Hands‑on mindset—comfortable building systems from scratch.

Strong analytical, modeling, and strategic planning skills.

Able to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.

Professional certifications preferred:

CPA

or equivalent.

Strong command of English with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently.
